A Word From The CEO
Peter Owunna CEO, XSLNCE Microfinance Bank Limited. With over fifteen years’ experience in corporate finance, investment portfolio management, joint ventures, capital asset oversight and investor relations, he is a highly accomplished banker. He graduated with a B.Sc degree in Finance & Banking in 1996 from Abia State University, and an M.Sc in Management and Information Systems from the distinguished London School of Economics and Political Science.He was MD/CEO at Bluebird Capital Limited, Deputy Managing Director at Forte Asset Management Limited, and Head Corporate Banking at Forte Asset Management Limited respectively. His esteemed career also spans key roles across Credit Suisse – London, Temenos UK Limited, FutureView Financial Services Limited and Diamond Bank. He has led/advised several key transactions including the Akwa Ibom State Government on the $300m Ibom Industrial City Project; the Kunech Group on the $80m 5 Star Ramada Hotel Project in Lagos; Brio Integrated Power Limited on a 300mw - $400m Captive Power development in Akodo Lagos for Eko Disco; the Lagos State
